Due to a hardware & security update that impacted certain Schlage locks like at the Sports Center, ALL fobs must be reprogrammed for access.

Please check with Dan at the office (802-362-0231) or email him directly at DJM@tpw.com to set a time to get yours reprogrammed.

Pool - Due to declining temperatures, the pool will be closing after Labor Day on September 8th! We hope you’ve enjoyed the facility this season and are looking forward to next year already!

2026 Social Event Calendar -

The Social Committee is proud to announce that this season’s social events will all be at the Sports Center from 5-7PM on the following dates. Consider it a summer concert series for Equinox on the Battenkill! All events are "BYOB”, however, bringing appetizers or refreshments to share is welcomed and encouraged!

Pickleball Round Robin - EOB is hosting a pickleball round robin event this October to celebrate the new courts at the Sports Center! Call the office for a copy of the flyer! Spots are limited (16) and RSVP is by Sept. 23rd. All levels are welcome!

Backgammon – Hosted for owners & friends, by owners & friends, an informal group meets Monday nights between 7-9pm at the Social Room at the sports center through the end of April. Beginners are welcome and any EOB owners and their friends!

The EOB office phone is answered 24/7. Please give us a call with any questions, comments or requests - 802-362-0231, but please keep regular business calls between the hours of 8AM and 4PM

In case of fire or life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

Access to the Sports Center is available during business hours, or with the use of your individual Key Fob. Each owner is entitled to one fob, and then $50 for each additional. The fobs allow access to the Sports Center between the hours of 8AM and 10PM. Keys for the paddle and tennis courts can be found in the entry breakfront in the left-hand drawer, and we ask you please return after use!
